教学反馈的发展与特点及其在临床教学中的应用特点

The development and characteristic of feedback teaching and those exertion traits of clinical education

摘要: 从教学反馈的发展及时代变迁,阐述了新时代的教学反馈应关注学生全面发展,定量与定性评价相结合,评价主体、评价标准和评价内容多元化等新时代的特点。从教学反馈的明确性、及时性、真实性、针对性、双向性和多样性等特点入手,结合临床医学教育的准确性与灵活性,分析临床教学中反馈的应用特点。

Abstract: As the feedback of teaching developing with time, the new requirements of feedback teaching have been suggested that teaching feedback should consider the overall development of student’s career, balance of quantity and quality, the diversity of role, standard and information. This article would analysis the strategy and exertion of feedback teaching in clinical education, which is precise and flexible, and evaluated those model by clarify, efficiency, sincerity, accuracy and diversity in feedback teaching.
