摘要: 代谢综合征(Mets)是一系列心血管疾病的高危因素。碘营养状态的改变可直接介导胰岛素抵抗的发生,影响糖脂代谢及血压水平的调节,亦可通过调节甲状腺功能间接参与Mets的发病过程。探索碘在Mets发生发展中的作用,可为预防和治疗Mets提供新的思路。

Abstract: Metabolic syndromes (Mets) is a high-risk factor for a series of cardiovascular diseases. Changes in iodine nutritional status can directly mediate the occurrence of insulin resistance, affect glucose and lipid metabolism and the regulation of blood pressure and also,may contribute to the pathogenesis of Mets by regulating thyroid function. Exploring the role of iodine in the occurrence and development of Mets can provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of Mets.
