腔内影像学方法评价降脂治疗对冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块影响的研究进展

Effects of lipid-lowering therapy on coronary atherosclerotic plaque evaluated by intravascular imaging

摘要: 动脉粥样硬化斑块与动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases, ASCVD)的发生及发展密切相关。借助腔内影像学,如血管内超声(intravascular ultrasound, IVUS)、光学相干成像(optical coherence tomography, OCT)和近红外光谱成像(near-infrared spectroscopy, NIRS)可以更为清晰显示斑块大小、体积及细微形态学特征。有研究证实降胆固醇药物通过降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol, LDL-C)水平等途径可实现斑块稳定甚至逆转。本文旨在对采用腔内影像学方法观察降胆固醇治疗对ASCVD患者斑块影响的相关研究作一综述。

Abstract: The progression of atherosclerotic plaque is one of the most important causes of cardiovascular events in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases (ASCVD). And with the help of intravascular imaging, such as intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), optical coherence tomography (OCT) and near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), it is possible to show the details of the plaque morphological characteristics. Current research suggested that lipid-lowering drugs lead to plaque stabilization and regression mainly by reducing low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). This review focused on the effects of lipid-lowering therapy on coronary atherosclerotic plaque evaluated by intravascular imaging.
