摘要: 肿瘤微环境(TME)是肿瘤在人体中赖以生存的环境,骨性癌痛(CIBP)是肿瘤骨转移最常见的并发症。骨癌痛(BCP)的机制复杂,肿瘤酸性微环境、相关离子通道及肿瘤细胞在微环境中分泌的炎性介质在骨癌痛中起作用。

Abstract: Tumor microenvironment (TME) is the in vitro microenvironment in which tumors live. Cancer-induced bone pain(CIBP) is one of the most common symptoms of tumor bone metastasis. The mechanisms of bone cancer pain(BCP) are complex, and the tumor acidic microenvironment, the related ion channels and inflammatory mediators released by cancer, play a role in BCP.
