超声靶向微泡破坏技术及其在乳腺癌治疗方面的应用

摘要: 超声靶向微泡破坏(UTMD)技术利用超声造影剂微泡(UCAs)作为载体,联合基因或药物治疗多种疾病,目前已表现出强大潜力。在乳腺癌治疗方面,低频超声辐照下微泡破裂产生的声孔效应及空化效应有效增加靶细胞内基因或药物浓度,增强对癌细胞杀伤力,具多重优点。但是,UTMD技术在实际应用中仍然面临许多问题。

Abstract: UTMD which uses UCAs as carriers and combines genes or drugs to treat a variety of diseases has shown great potential.The UCAs under the low-frequency ultrasound irradiation produce sound hole and cavitation effect, which effectively increases the concentration of genes or drugs in the targeting cells that enhance the lethargy to breast cancer cells. Although UTMD technology has been proved to support clinical performance, it still faces some challenges in terms of the practical application.
