自噬对脂肪细胞脂质代谢及分化调节的研究进展

摘要: 脂质代谢紊乱与肥胖等代谢性疾病的发生密切相关。自噬是细胞用于清除和降解细胞内容物的主要过程。不同自噬类型在脂肪细胞的脂质代谢过程中发挥不同的作用,且与传统脂肪酶介导的脂解途径相互作用。线粒体自噬是一种选择性自噬形式,能够调节脂肪细胞分化及维持米色脂肪细胞的平衡,对预防肥胖症等代谢性疾病的靶向治疗提供新思路。

Abstract: Disorders of lipid metabolism are closely related to the metabolic diseases such as obesity. Autophagy is the main process of host cells to clear and degrade cellular contents. Different autophagy types play different roles in processing lipids and interact with traditional lipase-mediated lipolysis pathways. Autophagy also plays an important role in regulating adipocyte differentiation. Mitophagy is a form of selective autophagy that can regulate the differentiation of adipocytes and maintain the balance of beige adipocytes, which can provide new ideas of targeted therapy to the prevention of obesity and other metabolic diseases.
