外泌体在骨再生领域的应用进展

Advance in the study of exosomes in bone regeneration

摘要: 外泌体(Exos)是一种由细胞分泌的具有脂质双分子层结构的囊泡,形态似杯状,分子直径约在30~140 nm之间。目前,外泌体在疾病的早期诊断、药物靶向运输、组织再生上已经表现出了强大的潜力。在骨组织工程中,外泌体能够传递特殊的蛋白、miRNAs、生物活性因子等促使间充质干细胞朝着成骨细胞分化,通过激活某些信号通路来上调成骨相关的基因,修复骨缺损和实现骨再生。

Abstract: Exosomes are a type of extracellular vesicles secreted by cells, it is shapes like cup with a diameter of 30 to 140 nm. at present, exosomes show strong pontential in early diagnosis, drug target transport, tissue regeneration. In bone tissue engineering, exosomes can deliver special proteins, miRNAs, biofactors to stimulate MSCs differentiate into osteoblasts as well as up-regulating the expression of related osteogenic genes for repair bone defect and achieve bone regeneration.
