学术型学位医学研究生培养的思考

摘要: 随着医学科学水平的迅猛发展和临床新技术的应用,医学研究生教育作为医学教育体系的最高层次,承担着培养医学创新人才的重任。学术学位医学研究生作为学术研究的主力军,是创新型国家建设的重要后备力量,学术学位医学研究生的培养和管理成为中国医学创新性人才培养的重中之重。本文从注重医学学术型研究生的角色转换,强化基础和临床医学理论的学习和加强科研创新能力的培育三方面对医学学术型学位研究生培养展开新思考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of medical science and the application of clinical technologies, medical postgraduate education,the highest level of medical education system, undertakes the important task of training medical innovation talents. Academic Degrees Medical postgraduate students, the main force of academic scientific research, are important reserve forces for the construction of innovative countries. The cultivation and management of academic degree medical postgraduates has become the most important task for the training of innovative medical talents in China. As to new thinkings upon cultivation of academic medical postgraduates, focusing on role transformation, strengthening clinic and basic theories and intensifying abilities of scientific innovation were discussed.
