摘要: 铁死亡是近年发现的一种铁依赖性脂质过氧化和致死活性氧(ROS)诱导的调节性细胞死亡,在细胞形态特征和生化指标等方面与细胞凋亡、自噬和程序性坏死等死亡方式存在较大差别,并显著涉及肿瘤、神经系统和缺血再灌注损伤等多种临床疾病。深入认识铁死亡,可为相关疾病的防治提供新的思路。

Abstract: It is found in recent years that ferroptosis is a kind of regulatory cell death induced by iron dependent lipid peroxidation and reactive oxygen species (ROS) in recent years.There are significant differences in cell apoptosis, autophagy, and programmed bad death in cell morphology and biochemical indexes. It is involved in many clinical diseases such as tumor, nervous system and ischemia-reperfusion injury. Understanding ferroptosis in depth can provide new ideas for prevention and treatment of related diseases.
