长链非编码RNA调控乳腺癌侵袭与转移的研究进展

Research progress in long non-coding RNAs involved in invasion and metastasis of breast cancer

摘要: 长链非编码 RNA(lncRNA)是长度超过200 nt的不具备编码蛋白质功能的RNA,与乳腺癌的发生发展密切相关。多种lncRNA在乳腺癌中异常表达,且lncRNA能在转录和转录后水平调控乳腺癌的侵袭转移,在指导乳腺癌的治疗和预后等方面具有重要意义。

Abstract: Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) which are defined as RNAs of more than 200 nucleotides in length don’t encode protein. LncRNAs are closely related to the development of breast cancer.Plenty of lncRNAs are dysregulated in breast cancer,and they can regulate the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer through various mechanisms such as transcription and post-transcriptional regulation which is greatly important to guide the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer.
