中美生理学教材的对比分析

摘要: 教材乃教学之本。本文选择具有代表性的美国基础医学生理学课程的经典教材Guyton and Hall Textbook of Medical Physiology与国内生理学教材进行比较,从教材的基本知识框架和内容编排、图表应用及其与临床相结合的程度等方面分析其各自的特点,为广大生理学教育工作者和医学生在教材的选择上提供依据,以期为广大生理学教材编写和课程建设提供参考。

Abstract: Textbooks are the base of teaching. The physiology textbooks used in higher medical education was compared between China and the United States. Guyton and Hall Textbook of Medical Physiology was chosen as the major representative of the United States. The overall framework, the selection and arrangement of the contents, the application of tables and pictures, and the relationship between basic medicine and clinical medicine were discussed. It is hopefully that this paper would provide some reference for reform in specialized course system and teaching contents of physiology, especially for improving the constructive quality of textbooks in the future.
