摘要: 获得性异位骨化(aHO)是指正常骨骼系统之外出现的异常骨组织。aHO的创伤来源丰富且病因复杂,BMP信号通路、Hedgehog信号通路、Wnt/β-catenin信号通路和NF-κB信号转导通路在aHO的致病过程中发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Acquired heterotopic ossification is the abnormal bone formation outside of the normal skeletal system .The origin trauma and disease of aHO is plentiful. In this review, we focus on BMP,hedgehog,wnt/β-catenin and NF-κB signaling pathway, understanding of the pathogenesis of aHO.
