长链非编码RNA在神经胶质瘤中的作用

Progress in research of the role of lncRNA in gliomas

摘要: 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类新的非编码调节基因,目前研究发现lncRNA可以在3个方面调节基因表达。它的表达受遗传物质改变的影响,并在神经胶质瘤细胞增殖、凋亡,细胞侵袭,细胞分化,血管再生等方面起着一定作用。LncRNA可以作为神经胶质瘤诊断的生物学标志,并作为神经胶质瘤的治疗靶点及辅助神经胶质瘤的治疗。

Abstract: The latest study that long non-coding RNAs(lncRNA), regarded as a new class of non-coding gene regulators, can regulate gene expression in 3 aspects. The changes of the hereditary material can affect lncRNA gene expression and lncRNA may contribute to the proliferation and apoptosis, the invasiveness and differentiation of glioma cells, and to angiogenesis. LncRNA can serve as novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets to help diagnose and treat gliomas.
