白藜芦醇逆转肿瘤耐药的分子机制研究进展

Progress in molecular mechanism of resveratrol-mediated reversal of tumor drug resistance

摘要: 白藜芦醇(Res)作为一种天然植物的提取物,毒性极低,近年研究表明Res可通过ATP结合盒(ABC)跨膜转运蛋白家族、信号传导通路、SIRT1、诱导凋亡等机制增强耐药细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,具有显著的逆转肿瘤多药耐药(MDR)的作用,为有效解决肿瘤MDR的问题提供新的思路。Res有望成为一种新型耐药逆转剂。

Abstract: Resveratrol is a kind of natural plant extract with low toxicity. In recent years, studies have shown that resveratrol can enhance the sensitivity of resistant cells to chemotherapy drugs and significantly reverse the Multi-drug resistance(MDR) of tumor by mechanisms such as ATP-binding cassette transporter family, signaling pathways, SIRT1, induction of apoptosis and so on , which will provide a new thought to solve the problem of MDR. Above all, resveratrol is respected to become a novel MDR reversal agent.
