摘要: 运动能防治肥胖等代谢性疾病早已为人们熟知,但其机制一直不甚明了。直到irisin这种新的蛋白类激素被发现,方揭开运动?—PGC-1α—FNDC5/irisin—UCP1通路是运动防治肥胖等代谢性疾病的分子机制。

Abstract: The mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of exercise on obesity has remained unknown until irisin, a novel protein-hormone, was identified. Exercise—PGC-1α—FNDC5/irisin—UCP1 pathway is the molecular mechanism of the exercise that can exert prophylaxis and treatment effect on obesity.
