摘要: 白色念珠菌的毒力因素主要表现为对宿主细胞及组织的黏附性、菌丝的形成及分泌水解酶等三个方面。白色念珠菌的耐药机制和对周围环境的应激适应受多因素和多水平的调控,但对白色念珠菌感染、耐药及应激过程中的机制尚需进一步探讨。

Abstract: With the increased application of broad-spectrum antibiotics, immunosuppression, and cytotoxic therapies, Candida albicans, being an conditioned pathogen, has become one of the common nosocomial infection pathogens. Recent studies showed that the pathogenicity of Candida albicans depends upon hypothetical virulence factors including the adhesion to host cells, transition from yeast to mycelium, and production of secreted hydrolytic enzymes. The impacts on the evolution of drug resistance and adaptation to environmental stress rely on multiple machanisms and remains largely unexplored. Therefore, to understand the basic structure, genotype, pathogenesis, drug resistance of Candida albicans and the influence of environmental stress on Candida albicans has great clinical significance in disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention.
