TACC蛋白与肿瘤

TACC proteins and Tumor

摘要: TACC蛋白家族的成员是中心体主轴的组成蛋白,被认为与多种肿瘤的形成相关。TACC蛋白可能通过调节染色体的稳定性,以及细胞内相关基因的转录,从而影响了肿瘤的形成。但是现有的研究尚不能阐明TACC蛋白在肿瘤中的确切作用。本文综述了近年来关于TACC蛋白与肿瘤关系的研究,并且着重介绍了TACC蛋白调控肿瘤形成的分子机制。

Abstract: Members of the transforming acidic coiled-coil (TACC) family of proteins have been implicated in tumor and are concentrated at centrosomes. TACC proteins involve in regulation of genome stability and gene transcription which could make important contributions to the development of tumor. But the existing research is not yet clear about the role of TACC proteins in tumor. This review will discuss the recent progress in their role, particularly the mechanism of regulation in tumor development.
