Progress in research of experimental animal model of multiple sclerosis

摘要: 多发性硬化实验动物模型可模拟人类该病的不同类型或不同阶段,是研究该病病因和研发治疗药物的有效工具。

Abstract: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is widely considered to be the result of an aggressive autoreactive T cell attack on myelin. Now animal models induced by myelin sheath peptide and virus are widely used in the research of pathogenesis and therapies of this disease, which are similar with human disease in the pathogenesis and symptoms of process.
