摘要: 活性氧(ROS)是生物体内需氧细胞在代谢过程中产生的一系列衍生物,包括O2-.、H2O2 、HO2-及?OH 等。近来研究表明,当ROS的生成与清除平衡被打破时,ROS可通过损伤线粒体、激活死亡受体, 影响细胞因子的表达,激活转录因子,参与和影响细胞信号转导等一系列生物学作用,在细胞凋亡和增殖的调控中发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Reactive oxygen species ( ROS ) are byproduct of vivo aerobic cells in the metabolic process , including O2 - 、H2O2 、 ? OH and HO2- . Existing studies have shown that when the balance of ROS generation and clear broken , then ROS through damage mitochondria 、activate the death receptor , affect the expression of cytokines and activate the transcription factor , to participate and influence the cell signal transduction mechanisms , which has a crucial regulatory for the cell apoptosis and proliferation.
