摘要: Wnt/β-catenin信号途径参与了肾脏发育及肾肿瘤、肾纤维化、多囊肾、急性肾衰竭、糖尿病肾病等肾脏病的发病。该途径控制输尿管芽的发育并调节间充质细胞的肾形态发生过程;其表达异常参与了多种肾肿瘤的发病;Wnt/β-catenin信号的异常激活诱导肾小管上皮细胞、肾小球系膜细胞等肾脏固有细胞增殖或凋亡,导致多种慢性肾脏病的发生与发展。因而,Wnt/β-catenin信号途径在肾脏发育与疾病中的作用日益受到重视。

Abstract: Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is involved in kidney development and many kidney diseases, including kidney cancers, renal fibrosis, Polycystic kidney disease, acute renal failure and diabetic nephropathy. The pathway control ureteric bud development and regulate nephrogenesis in the mesenchcymal cells ;It also plays a critical role in the oncogenesis and progression of many kidney cancers; Aberrantly activation of Wnt/β-catenin signal induces proliferation or apoptosis of glomerular mesangial cells and renal tubular epithelial cells , which leads to pathogenesis of many kidney diseases. These important roles of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in kidney development and diseases are considerably consered.
