摘要： 留学生的分子生物学实验教学，不能完全沿用传统的教学思路，而是应该站在辩证唯物主义的理论高度，具体问题，具体分析，探索、尝试与留学生具体情况相适应的教学法、教学模式、教学理念并加以实施。只有这样，才能达到较好的实验教学效果，实现预期的教学目标。

Abstract: Since initiation of training on laboratory of molecular biology in my school, we accumulated experience in teaching process especially among international students and application of pedagogy as well as technology。Strengths，weakness and opportunities are analyzed to improve teaching quality.
