摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目前针对结直肠癌(CRC) 的诊断技术仍在不断完善。液体活检主要对生物源液体特定成分进行分析,外泌体来源的长链非编码RNA (lncRNA)可以通过液体活检技术分析。

关键词: 结直肠癌, 液体活检, 外泌体, lncRNA, 生物标志物

Abstract: The diagnostic methods for colorectal cancer (CRC) are still improving. Liquid biopsy mainly analyzes the specific components of biological liquid. Long chain noncoding RNA (lncRNA) from exosomes can be analyzed by liquid biopsy technology.
