摘要: 糖尿病性骨质疏松症(DOP)是糖尿病患者中常见的骨代谢性疾病。在高糖(HG)环境下,异常表达的微小RNA(miRNA)通过对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路中关键分子的调节,干扰骨髓间充质干细胞(BM-MSCs)成骨分化,导致DOP的发生发展。探索miRNA在DOP中的作用可为诊断和治疗DOP提供新的思路。

Abstract: Diabetic osteoporosis (DOP) is a common bone metabolic disease in patients with diabetes. Under the high glucose (HG) environment, abnormally expressed microRNA (miRNA) interferes with osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) by regulating key molecules in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, leading to the occurrence and development of DOP. Exploring the role of miRNA in DOP can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of DOP.
