摘要: 转录因子激活蛋白2γ(AP-2γ)不仅在早期胚胎发育中调节着控制滋养外胚层细胞增殖和分化的遗传程序,还参与调控乳腺癌、肺癌、睾丸癌、黑色素瘤及胰腺癌等多种肿瘤发展过程中的关键靶标,从而影响肿瘤的发生发展。因此,关注AP-2γ在肿瘤发生发展过程中的调控机制,可为肿瘤的诊断与治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract: Transcription factor AP-2γ regulates not only the genetic procedures that control the proliferation and differentiation of trophoblast cells during early embryonic development, but also is the key target in the development of breast cancer, lung cancer, testicular cancer, melanoma and pancreatic cancer, thus affecting the occurrence and development of tumors. Therefore, paying attention to the regulatory mechanisms of AP-2γ in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors may provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
