冬泳在急性心肌梗死发病学中作用的研究进展

摘要: 寒冷环境下心血管疾病(CVD)特别是急性心肌梗死(AMI)的发病率和病死率明显升高,其机制可能与寒冷刺激下交感神经激活、血液黏度改变、凝血激活、氧化应激、炎性反应以及其他影响斑块稳定性的因素紧密相关。冬泳是一种暴露在极端寒冷压力中的运动,经常从事冬泳锻炼的人会发生不同程度的寒冷适应,这可能在一定程度上保护了心血管系统。

Abstract: Incidence rate and mortality rate of acute cardiovascular disease(CVD), especially acute myocardial infarction(AMI)are significantly higher in cold environment. This may be closely related to sympathetic activation, blood viscosity change, coagulation activation, oxidative stress, inflammatory response and other factors affecting plaque stability by cold stimulation. Winter swimming is a kind of sports exposed to extreme cold pressure. People who often engage in winter swimming will have different degrees of cold adaptation, which may provide some protection to cardiovascular system against cold exposure.
