摘要: RNA结合蛋白(RBP)在甲状腺癌的发病进程中发挥重要作用,其可在转录后水平或翻译水平上调节肿瘤相关基因mRNA的转录、核输出、选择性剪切及翻译等细胞内活动,进而调控甲状腺癌细胞的增殖、凋亡和迁移等,发挥促进或抑制肿瘤发生的作用。临床上一系列RBP分子与甲状腺癌患者的分型和预后呈显著相关性,具有指导甲状腺癌分型以及预测其治疗预后的作用。

Abstract: RNA-binding protein (RBP) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of thyroid cancer. It can regulate the intracellular activities such as transcription, nuclear output, alternative splicing and translation of mRNA from tumor-related genes at the post-transcriptional or translation levels, and then regulate the proliferation, apoptosis and migration of thyroid cancer, thereby promoting or inhibiting the occurrence of tumors. Clinically, a series of RBP molecules are significantly correlated with the classification and prognosis of patients with thyroid cancer and may support the oncological classification, evaluation and prediction of prognosis of thyroid cancer.
