中药注射剂致重症过敏反应研究进展及其致敏原筛查策略探究

摘要

目的综述中药注射剂致重症过敏反应的现况,以及相关免疫病理学机制和致敏原分析技术的研究进展。方法收集近年来国内外相关文献报道,进行整理、归纳、分析。结果重症过敏反应是目前影响中药注射剂临床使用安全和研制发展的最大障碍。对致敏原成分进行分析筛查是解决此问题的重要途径,但相关系统性实验研究尚未开展。重症过敏反应的免疫病理学机制以及多种致敏原筛查技术的国内外研究进展迅速,值得借鉴。结论综合相关免疫病理学机制和致敏原分析技术研究进展,设想采纳过敏原组学研究技术的新思路,并密切结合中药注射剂成分特点,有望为该问题的解决提供有效线索。
