目的建立HPLC测定甲硝唑氯己定洗剂和复方氯己定含漱液中甲硝唑和葡萄糖酸氯己定含量的方法。方法采用Waters C₁₈色谱柱，以甲醇-水-三乙胺(56∶44∶0.1，用50%磷酸调pH至3.0)为流动相，检测波长295 nm。结果两种成分能很好分离，甲硝唑和醋酸氯己定的线性范围分别为10～29μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 9)和41～124μg·m^-1(r=0.999 8)；平均回收率分别为99.6%和99.5%，RSD均小于0.9%。结论方法简便，结果准确可靠，适用于复方制剂中两组分的同时测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish an external standard HPLC method for the determination of metronidazole and chlorhexidine in two compound preparations. METHODS The Waters C₁₈column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol water triethylamine(56:44: 0.1)(adjusted to pH of 3.0 by 50% phosphoric acid).The UV detection wavelength was 295 nm. RESULTS The two components had good resolution.The linear ranges were 10～29 μg·mL^-1for metronidazole and 41～124μg·mL^-1for chlorhexidine acetate with the correlation coefficients 0.999 8 and 0.999 9,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.59% and 99.5% with RSD less than 0.9%.(n=3). CONCLUSION This method was simple and accurate,and suitable for the determination of two components in compound preparation.
