The courses included theoretical teaching, operation demonstration and fresh cadaveric specimens teaching, and practice operation procedure on the specimens by themselves. The special questionnaire survey was carried out on all the trainees at the end of the training. The self-evaluation indexes before and after the training was compared. Results The theoretical level and operation ability of the trainees after training were significantly improved, and their confidence in surgical anatomy, surgical procedures and complications management was also significantly improved(P<0.05).
