Abstract: Thyroid dysfunction can affect metabolism, growth and development, even affect animal reproduction seriously, including disturbance of follicle formation, ovulating, fertilisation, premature birth, abortion and so on, and, in serious cases ovarian failure, so thyroid hormones (THs) play a very important role in the process of follicle development.
