Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the sixth most common malignant tumor in the world with the third highest mortality rate, which seriously endangers human health. Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) urothelial cancer associated 1 (UCA1) plays an important role in the proliferation, differentiation , metastasis and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma onset and progression. In recent years, an abundance of studies and researches have shown that the up-regulated expression of UCA1 makes a significance to enrich the development of HCC and provide a new way of thinking for the diagnosis and treatment of HCC .
