Abstract: A perfect personnel information system is the foundation of efficient operation in modern scientific research institutes. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the scientific research institutes and personnel information, We analyzes the current status and problems in personnel information management of scientific research institutes ,and put forward a concrete way to solve these problems according to the practical experience.
