Abstract: With the increasing importance of medical immunology in clinical medicine, how to combine with clinical knowledge effectively in the teaching process is a goal of medical immunology course. In order to unite the clinical application with basic knowledge of medical immunology, this article introduced clinical cases, news reports and stories, qualification examination, cutting-edge advances into classroom teaching. This teaching method would be beneficial to cultivate medical students' logical thinking ability, clinical analysis ability and the ability to solve the problem of clinical practice, thus they will become high-quality clinical professional talents with thick foundation, heavy practice and strong ability.
