广藿香化学成分和药理作用研究进展及潜在质量标志物预测分析

摘要

广藿香为唇形科刺蕊草属植物广藿香[Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth.]的干燥地上部分,是常用的芳香化湿类中药。其化学成分多样,至今已发现萜类、黄酮类、苯丙素类、含氮类、甾体类、醇类、醛类、吡喃酮、有机酸及糖苷等化合物共计120余个。现代药理研究证明,广藿香具有广泛的抗菌、抗炎、调节胃肠道功能、抗氧化、抗肿瘤以及调节免疫等药理作用。笔者通过对广藿香化学成分和药理作用的研究进展进行综述,从化学成分的特有性、可测性以及其与道地性、生产规范关联性、药效关联性等方面对其质量标志物进行预测分析,为合理控制广藿香质量和提高广藿香质量标准提供依据。结果显示,广藿香挥发油中的百秋李醇、广藿香酮及其藿香黄酮醇、雷杜辛黄酮醇等黄酮类化合物可以作为广藿香候选质量标志物。

Abstract

Patchouli is the dried aerial part of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. and is commonly used as an aromatic herbal remedy for dampness. Its chemical compositionis diverse, with more than 120 compounds of terpenoids, flavonoids, phenylpropanoids, nitrogen-containing compounds, steroids, alcohols, aldehydes, pyrones, organic acids, and glycosides, etc. having been discovered so far. Modern pharmacological studies have proved that Patchouli has a wide range of pharmacological effects such as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, regulating gastrointestinal function, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor and regulating immunity. In this paper, the research progress of the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Patchouli were reviewed, and the quality markers were predicted from the aspects of the specificity and measurability of chemical components and the correlation with geoherbalism, production standardization and pharmacological effects, so as to provide a basis for reasonably controlling the quality of Patchouli and improving the quality standard. The results show that patchouli alcohol, pogostone, pachypodol and retusin can be used as candidate quality markers of Patchouli.
