Abstract：OBJECTIVE To construct a clinical pharmacist job training program suitable for the needs of obstetrics and gynecology. METHODS Based on the literature search and the core competence model of hospital pharmacists, a questionnaire was constructed; 16 experts were enquired by Delphi method to determine the core competence elements and training content system of clinical pharmacists in obstetrics and gynecology, establish a training program for clinical pharmacists in obstetrics and gynecology. RESULTS The positive coefficient of experts in the 2 rounds of letter inquiries was 93.75%, and the coefficient of expert authority was 0.77. After 2 rounds of inquiries, the core elements including 6 domains and 17 indicators, as well as an indicator system of 34 training contents were determined. CONCLUSION The method adopted in this study is scientific, the experts are highly motivated, the method is scientific, and the content is reasonable. It provides a scientific basis for the job training and staff assessment of clinical pharmacists in obstetrics and gynecology.
