摘要

目的 对远志去心（根皮）与不去心（根）的药材进行比较，为远志科学炮制加工方法的制定提供参考。方法 通过化学成分分析和药效学研究相结合方法，对远志根皮、根和木心进行全面、系统比较，即采用多指标定量结合指纹图谱分析方法对远志根皮、根及木心的化学成分进行定性、定量分析；采用镇静安神、止咳祛痰等远志传统的药效学指标进行根皮与根的药效学评价。结果 根、根皮和木心所含化学成分类似，但各有效成分的含量以根皮>根>木心。药效学研究结果表明，远志根皮和根的药效没有明显差异，但远志根在止咳、祛痰方面表现了更好的作用趋势。结论 为避免资源的浪费及去心过程带来的人力、物力损耗，建议远志没有必要去心。
