摘要

目的 建立金银花提取物中7种活性成分（新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A及异绿原酸C）含量及指纹图谱同时检测的方法。 方法 以AkzoNobel Kromasil C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），乙腈-0.1％磷酸溶液梯度洗脱，测定波长326 nm，柱温30 ℃，流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果 7种成分的线性关系良好，精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均低于3％，加样回收率为97.98％～99.29％。结论 该方法简便、灵敏、准确，可用于金银花提取物的质量控制。
