摘要

目的 研究药用植物沉香内生真菌的抗菌活性,旨在获得有良好抗菌活性的菌株,以寻找新型抗菌物质。方法 以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌为实验菌株,用琼脂块法对分离的真菌进行了抑菌实验。结果 从沉香植物中共分离到26株内生真菌,其中有7株真菌对至少1种实验菌株有抗菌活性,占总分离菌株的26.92%。结论 药用植物沉香的内生真菌中存在着丰富的抗菌天然活性物质,这可为寻找新型抗菌物质提供资源。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To isolate endophytic fungi from medicinal plant Aquilaria sinensis (Lour. Gilg and to investigate their antimicrobial activity. METHODS Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans were selected as the indicators for human pathogenic microbes. Antimicrobial tests of the isolated endophytic fungi were carried out by agar block method. RESULTS Among 26 strains of endophytic fungi isolated from A. sinensis, 7 strains (26.92% showed antimicrobial activity against one or more of the three test microbes. CONCLUSION Abundant natural antimicrobial substances exist in endophytic fungi from A. sinensis, which can be the resources for new antimicrobial products.
