目的:研究制备中药少腹逐瘀颗粒剂的工艺。方法:用正交试验设计优化提取条件。以收膏率和HPLC测定浸膏中芍药苷含量为指标,采用二因素(煎煮时间和加水倍数)、三水平进行煎煮条件的选择。结果:优选出的煎煮条件为A1B1即:第一次加15倍量水,煎煮1.5h,第二次加10倍量水,煎煮1h。结论:工艺合理,质量稳定,适合于工业生产。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the preparation technique of Shaofu Zhuyu granules (preparation of traditional Chinese medicine). METHOD: The optimal extractive factors were found with orthogonal experiment design with table Lg (34). The indexes were the extraction recovery rate and the content of the paeoniflorin determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The optimal extract technique was boiling two times. The first, boiling 1.5 h, adding 15 times content water. The second, boiling 1 h, adding 10 times water. CONCLUSION: The technique is reasonable and it is suitable for industry production of Shaofu Zhuyu granales.
