目的:对中坝产3种栽培附子之一鹅掌叶附子(Aconitum carmichaeli)中生物碱成分进行分离、鉴定研究。方 法:采用了溶媒分离法结合柱层析法、薄层层析法进行成分分离。所获得生物碱再分別采用几种光谱:IR,120-二萜生物碱:songoramine(4)和songorine(5)。后二碱为首次于该植物中发現。同时获得2种氮氧化物,经光谱证明可能系二种nesaconitine氮氧化物。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the alkaloids of Ozhangye Fuzi,one of the three cultispecies of Aconitum carmichaeli, from Zhongba , Sichuan. METHODS : To isolate the alkaloids , the solvent-extraction together with the column , chromatography and thin-layer chromatography methods were used. Several spectral methods such as IR,1HNMR.13C-NMR and MS were used to determine the structure of the isolated alkaloids.RESULTS and CONCLUSION: In ten alkaloids obtained,five were two C20-diterpenoid alkaloids,songoramine(4) and songorine(5) a-long wiyh three C19-diterpenoid alkaloids,aconitine(1),neoline(3),and fuziline(2) were determined and confirmed. Songoramine has not been reported previously in this plant.
