摘要

目的:对本文处方中硬脂酸与十八醇不同用量的组合制成的乳剂型软膏基质的塑粘度进行探讨。方法:使用NDJ-79旋转式粘度计,对每组组合所制成的乳剂型软膏基质进行测定,并对测定数据进行直线回归分析与方差分析。结果:所提的直线回归方程的回归系数均有高度显著性(P<0.01),且预测到:成分比例为5%十八醇与12%~15%硬脂酸、4%十八醇与14%~19%硬脂酸以及3%十八醇与24%~25%硬脂酸的组合制成的乳剂型软膏基质的塑粘度在软膏的塑粘度要求范围内。结论:空白对照组塑粘度,十八醇与硬脂酸用量增大其塑粘度也增大,可通过直线回归方程预测其塑粘度,并可以根据实际需要来选择适当的组合。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To study the plastic viscosity of cream base which is made by constitution of different volume of stearic acid and stearyl alcohol in the prescription.METHOD:The cream base for different constitution of stearic acid and stearyl alcohol was determined by using NDJ-79 rotational viscometer,and the analysis of linear regression and analysis of variance was made for the data obtained.RESULTS:Regression coefficient of regression equetions was significant(P<0.01).It is predicated that the plastic viscosity of cream base that is made by 12%~15% stearic acid,4% stearyl alcohol 14%~19% stearic acid,3% stearyl alcohol,and 24%~25% stearic acid fulfilled the requirement of plastic viscosity of unguent.CONCLUSION:The plastic viscosity of cream base for the empty group of comparison is low and it increases when the volume of stearic acid and stearyl alcohol increases.The plastic viscosity can be predicted by the equation of linear regression and is selected according to the actual requirement.
