摘要
目的 研究利用太白楤木根皮生产齐墩果酸的工艺。方法采用正交实验设计,以高效液相色谱法测定齐墩果酸的含量。结果 发现影响生产的因素主要为水解酸度、水解时间、预处理、药材规格等,不同工艺的产量可相差3倍。结论 太白楤木根皮切成3 cm小段,预发酵48 h,水解酸度为7%,水解时间为5 h的工艺产量最高;而粗粉不发酵,酸度7%,水解4 h为最实用的生产工艺。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the production technology of oleanolic acid from the root bark of Aralia taibaiensis. METHODS Orthogonal design was adopted,and the content of oleanolic acid ws determined by RP-HPLC. RESULTS Production were affected mainly by acidity and time of hydrolysis,pretreatment and the size of crude drug.Different technology resulted in 4 times variance in the yield of oleanolic acid. CONCLUSION The highest production was resulted from 3 cm length of crude drug,prefermentation for 48 h,7% acidity and hydrolysis for 5 h,while the most optimal production technology was obtained from nonfermented coarse powder of crude drug,7% acidity and hydrolysis for 4 h.
