目的 对仙人掌的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用硅胶柱层析和薄层层析进行分离;运用紫外光谱、红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振谱以及与标准品对照的方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果 分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),豆甾醇(Ⅱ),仙人掌醇(Ⅲ),硬脂酸(Ⅳ),豆甾-3,6-二酮(Ⅴ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ),β-D-葡萄糖(Ⅶ)。结论 7个化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离出来。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Opuntia vulgaris Mill.. METHODS〓The chemical constituents of Opuntia vulgaris Mill.were isolated with silica gel chromatography and their structures were identified by means of UV,IR,MS,1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and DEPT,in some case by directly comparing with authentic samples. RESULTS Seven compounds were obtained and identified as:β-sitosterol(Ⅰ);stigmasterol(Ⅱ);opuntiol(Ⅲ);stearic acid(Ⅳ);stigmast-3,6-dione(Ⅴ);daucosterol(Ⅵ);β-D-glucuse(Ⅶ). CONCLUSION seven compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
