Abstract ��
OBJECTIVE To quantitatively analyze the content of bilirubin in Ganmaotong tables by HPLC. METHODS C����18 column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol:chloroform:0.1% phosphoric acid (81��13��6).Detector at 449 nm.The extraction solution for bilirubin was consisted of chloroform:methanol:hydrochloric acid:water=90��10��0.015��0.3. RESULTS The mean recovery was 100.2%,RSD=2%,N=6,The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.0125��0.125��g. CONCLUSION The methods were sensitive and accurate.
