Abstract��
OBJECTIVE To establish a bioassay to determine the content of bleomycin hydrochloride for injection. METHODS Accoding to Chinese Pharmacopoeia ��(2000 Edition Appendix XIA),microbiological Assay for antibiotics was used.The strength of bleomycin hydrochloride for injection were 30 and 15 bleomycin units per mL respectively.The test organism was Staphylococcus aureus��CMCC(B)26003��. RESULTS Staphylococcus aureus was sensitive to bleomycin.The sample inhibition zone was clear.FL% of experiment results was low. CONCLUSION The method can be used for the quality control of bleomycin hydrochloride for injection.
