Abstract��
OBJECTIVE To study compatibility rationality of Shaoyao-gancao decoction.METHODS Rats were orally administered with Shaoyao-gancao decoction and Shaoyao decoction.Blood samples at different times were collected,then were analysed by HPLC fingerprints technology.The pharmacokinetic parameters of characteristic peaks were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software.RESULTS The absorption of these compounds in Shaoyao decoction were increased by coadministration with Gancao.The pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC,��max were increased.CONCLUSION The compatibility connotation of Shaoyao-gancao decoction was revealed by an the angle of pharmacokinetics.The absorptions of characteristic peaks from Shaoyao were increased distinguished after co-administration with Gancao.
