Abstract��
OBJECTIVE To observe the analgesia effect of aisaticoside on hyperalgesia induced by intraperitoneal LPS in mice,and investigate the change of MPO,NO and TNF-��.METHODS Mice were divided randomly into normal group,model group,spasmedal group and AS 5,15,45 mg��kg-1 group,hyperalgesia was induced by intraperitoneal administration of LPS 100 ��g��kg-1 in mice.The analgesia effect of AS was assessed by the hot-plate stimulation and the writhing test induced by acetic acid,the activity of MPO,NO in brain tissue was tested by kits;the content of TNF-�� in plasma was tested by ELISA.RESULTS AS doses of 5,15,45 mg��kg-1 significantly reduced the number of writhing,increased pain threshold,decreased the activity of MPO,NO and TNF-��.CONCLUSION AS have the effect of analgesia and its effect maybe related with inhibiting the MPO,NO and TNF-��.
