Abstract��
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Phlomis medicinalis Diels.METHODS The compounds were isolated and repeatedly purified by macroporous resin,silica gel column chromatography,TLC and Prep-HPLC.Their structures were elucidated by physical and chemical properties and NMR spectra.RESULTS Seven compounds were obtained and elucidated as pulchelloside��(��),lamalbide(��),7-epiphlomiol(��),penstemoside(��),��-dihydrohastatoside(��),phloyoside��(��),decaffeoylacteoside(��).CONCLUSION All the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.Compound �� and �� were obtain-ed from the Plants of Phlomis for the first time.
