摘要
目的 研究翠绿针毛蕨(Macrothelypteris viridifrons中的黄酮类化学成分。方法 利用硅胶、C18反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱技术对其提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 分离得到9个黄酮类化合物,分别为:山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1,山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(2,槲皮素-3-O-芸香糖苷(3,芹菜素-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4,柚皮素-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5,山柰酚(6,槲皮素(7,芹菜素(8,5,7-二羟基色原酮(9。结论 所有化合物均为首次从翠绿针毛蕨中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To research the chemical constituents of Macrothelypteris viridifrons. METHODS The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel, C18 reverse-phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physiochemical propertities and spectral analysis. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol-3-O-glucoside (1, kaempferol-3-O-rutinose (2, quercetin-3-O-rutinose (3, apigenin-4′-O-glucoside (4, narigenin-4′-O-glucoside (5, kaempferol (6, quercetin (7, apigenin (8, 5, 7-dihydroxychromone (9, respectively. CONCLUSION All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
