摘要

目的 研究木蝴蝶种子的黄酮类化学成分。方法 采用硅胶、C18反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为白杨素(1,黄芩苷元(2,千层纸素A(3,4′-羟基黄芩素(4,白杨素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5,黄芩苷元 7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6,白杨素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(7,白杨素8-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8,异槲皮苷(9,山柰酚7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10,白杨素 7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸乙酯苷(11,刺槐素(12,去甲汉黄芩素(13,异鼠李素(14,高车前素(15。结论 化合物8~14为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the flavanoids from the seeds of Oroxylum indicum(L.Vent. METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica gel,C18 reverse-phase silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR spectral techniques were used for structural elucidation. RESULTS Fifteen flavonoids were obtained from Oroxylum indicum(L.Vent and their structures were identified as chrysin(1,baicalein(2,oroxylin A(3,scutellarein(4,aequinoctin(5,oroxin A(6,chrysin 7-O-β-D -glucuronide(7,chrysin 8-C-β-D-glucopyranoside(8,isoquercetin(9,kaempferol 7-O-β-D- glucopyranoside(10,chrysin 7-O-β-D-glucuronide ethyl ester(11,acacetin(12,norwogonine(13,isorhamnetin(14and hispidulin(15,respectively. CONCLUSION Compound 8-14 were obtained from Oroxylum indicum(L.Vent for the first time.
